 Orders will be shipped out within 7 business days of receiving payment UNLESS STATED OTHERWISE. After the order is shipped, it will take an additional 3-7 business days to arrive (inside the USA). International shipping times can vary from 1-3 weeks. This brand is run by two people and sometimes things take longer. We aren't Amazon and don't strive to be. 

  
 REFUNDS
 All sales are final with the exception of manufacturing defects. If your product arrives and you are not satisfied, you may request a return + refund by emailing SUPPORT@CATFISHBBQ.COM. The deck must be returned how it was delivered (unsetup, unused) to be given a refund. Catfishbbq will cover postage and provide a shipping label to use to return the package. If handmade variation and character is a dealbreaker for you, this may not be the brand for you.
