 Orders will be shipped out within 7 business days of receiving payment UNLESS STATED OTHERWISE. After the order is shipped, it will take an additional 3-7 business days to arrive (inside the USA). International shipping times can vary from 1-3 weeks. This brand is run by two people and sometimes things take longer. We aren't Amaz*n and don't strive to be. 

  
 REFUNDS
 All sales are final with the exception of manufacturing defects. If your product arrives and you are not satisfied, you may request a full refund by emailing SUPPORT@CATFISHBBQ.COM. The deck must be returned how it was delivered (unsetup, unused) to be given a refund. Catfishbbq will cover postage and provide a shipping label to use to return the package. If handmade variation and character is a dealbreaker for you, this may not be the brand for you.
